• I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of Professional Examination Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). I am also a member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) I am an associate accounting technician (AAT), holds both HND and B.sc in Accounting.
• I worked in various departments of defunct Bank of the North Ltd (including Branch Operations, Treasury/Treasury Operations and Human Resource); Treasury Operations and Internal Audit Division of Unity Bank Plc.
• I headed, Investigation Department of Unity Bank Plc a department in Internal Audit before retirement on 31st December 2019.
• I attended several training courses in Treasury/Treasury Operations, Financial Controls, Financial Statements Reporting, Fixed Assets Management, Risk Management, Debt Recovery, ICT and Accounting Software Deployment, IFRS, etc and highly experienced in matters relating to Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Controls, Fixed Assets Management, Accounts Reconciliation, and Investigation. I am currently consulting for a number of companies and state governments on recovery of excess charges and wrong charges by banks.
